So for those who don't know heath and i are buying a house. we are planning to close on February 27th. yes we know it is a fixer-upper, heaven knows i would NEVER live in this house without it being remodeled. if you dont think this looks bad, just wait untill i post the pictures of the inside!! YIKES!!!!!!!!!! For those who don't know Flagstaff is very very expensive, its up there with California. the average 1300sqft house goes between 300-400 thousand dollars soooooooo we chose to get a home we could invest in and fix it up!!
Its actually on a good street, its a corner lot and it has a really big back yard. The house is 1850sqft and has 4 bdr and 2ba and we are getting a smoking deal on it. We are really excited to fix it all up how we want it!! yay!!

Oh my gosh that house has so much potential it is insane. Janae you can make that look so beautiful. I love the personality of the house. With a little paint and bushes you are going to have the prettiest house of the block. I can't wait to come up and help you paint. That is a great size. YOu will be able to live in there for quite some time if you want to. Congrats!
